Wisdom from Beyonce…. If you like it, put a frame on it.

Ok, ok…I changed ring to frame.  One of my favorite decorating tricks- take something you love and put a big chunky ornate frame over it for an instant focal point.

{I know it’s a bad picture}  We found this massive frame at a local Flea Market for $30.  It was really ugly gold, but once it was painted “French Roast”by Behr and I covered the backing with fabric- it became a centerpiece for a cool clock I love from Hobby Lobby.  The clock hanging alone on the wall would not have the impact that it has now with a frame.

I loved this M, for Morris, not Mandie ;0)

I realized once it was hung that the M is backwards, but I don’t really care. ;0) {Character, not perfection}

{LOVE}

My very talented friend, Heather, made this bookpage wreath, I just added a chunky aqua frame. LOVE.

 Look around your house today, what do you love? Put a frame on it!

    I just love using frames for everything. You have the best stuff anyway. By the way how was your sell this past weekend? I was praying it was a big success. Love your ideas, thanks for sharing.

    Love your ideas! I’ve been working with some frame projects but it’s great to see them transformed!

  3. Beautiful! Amazing how simple it is to transform something if you are creative!!
